- Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products, and must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order. Parcel Opening video is mandatory to process any return.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, and in its original packaging.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the refund in case of return.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges based on variations in color, pattern irregularities, prints, unevenness or similar concerns. Please note that many of our products are handmade, and such characteristics are not considered defects.
- We do not accept return or exchange on the international orders.
